- What you need to know: Large doses may cause diarrhea and kidney stones.
Vitamin B6
- Where to get: Bananas, soybean milk , meat and liver.
- Why you need it: It's important in protein metabolism & helps in th eproduction of antubodies and haemoglobin.
- What you need to know: Large doses taken over time may lead to nerve damage.
