It's time for some Light food ... =)

Have some light food occassionaly. Isn't it bored to have rice or noodles for lunch everyday? It's time to try out the new combination of SeaFood Sandwich & Potato Salad. Its healthy too.. With corns, carrot, green peas and of course POTATOES!!

Potatoes are actually easy to digest and faciliate digestion too. Thus, this makes a good diet for people who cannot digest hard food but need energy. However, too much intake may cause acidity in the long run.

Moreover, potatoes can be used to relieve high blood pressure due to the abundance of vitamin-C and B in it ...
